Hey guys, this is my first post. I am a heavy duty mechanic and I'm wondering if any body has had this problem. A operator came up to me andsaid that the machine won't move and the parking lite is flashing. For some strange reason it looks like code. It flashes 1 long too short when I Ford or reverse, it flashes 5 long too shortI don't have sis unfortunately I have a wiring schematic I've taking off dump valve solenoid brake release solenoid brake valve solenoid propel forward and back solenoid tested all continuity and functions. All seems ok. Any help would be appreciated.

I have also checked all the relays and fuses all good. I have also checked the main harness in the front instrumental panel and also the side where the joystick is. I also ordered a new handle, that didn't solve anything, returned the handle.

Do you have access to any one with ET? You are going to have to get the code to see what you need to troubleshoot.

unfortunately no.this company that I work for expects us to diagnose everything with no sis no et no computer. If it is a computer issue, he will hire Finning to come down which makes no sense guys at my previous job I use sis and ET on a d7rXL everyday. for some strange reason this Packer does not have a com port it has a can port
so unfortunately I do not have access to any of the ports anyways. I was just wondering if anybody has come through this situation and give me a quick diagnose on to how to fix this packer with no sis no computer. Talk about pulling a needle in a haystack.

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
First off there are seven S/N prefixes for CB534D, I just picked one at random. This is what the Troubleshooting says - "The multimeter is the primary tool that is used for troubleshooting the electronic control system. The machine ECM does not communicate on the CAT data link. The Electronic Technician is not used on this machine. This manual has several symptom procedures for the main functions on the machine."

I can download the Troubleshooting in pdf format and send it to you. PM me your email address and the exact Serial Number of the machine you're working on.

hi jerod i've read your post on having some issues with a cb534. im on the same page same code 52 5 long flaseh the 2 quick ones.

i have already seen the inside where the handle is and seems to be everything is ok. can you assist me on how is realted the handle position or adjustment to the speed sensor or control also the propell sensor, or exactly what did you do to fix it.

at the the begginig when you start it it only has the the brake light on but as soon as you move the handle fwd or rvrs it throws the code. you can almost hear like a hydraulic pump or motor trying to work but i just wont.

any help on exactly what you did will be really apreciated.

thanks

fausto from mexico
