since the TV show is airing in the usa and people are asking for more on the Screaming Ford. once the winter road closes for the season. that is when i begin to haul freight but the film crew does not join us because it is too dangerous. here is a short clip on youtube of the Screaming Ford climbing km 20 hill going to lac brochet.

td25c -- thansk, i remember the movie well, i think i was 12 years old when i seen it at the movie theatre. will check it out and maybe buy it on ebay.

plowking -- i was on Ice Road Trucker last year for season 7 in shows 6, 7 and 10. then this year i was filmed for season 8 but no big hollywood money. i thought i ended up on the cutting room floor until a friend in the usa phone to say i'm on next weeks show having fun on ricochet hill.
will be interesting to see what they show on TV.

more youtube videos are on my website.

Joey IRT is an insult to your operation I was really hoping they would have you on t.v. more with your Cat trains, get kinda tired of watching that idiot the 'Polar Bear' wrecking trucks and equipment.

When IRT first aired i never missed it now its crap. One shot the truck has chains the next it dosent. Some one spins out on a hill and stops and takes off agin.Maybe things are diffrent there but i allways had to back down and get another run.It could be a great show but now its just drama. I look every week at Joeys web site and its very interesting but sorry if their not paying good i wouldnt want to be on that show.

thansk guys. hollywood dropped the show this year for season 8. they found someone with small pockets to keep the show going one more year. at the last minute they filmed me and the Screaming Ford and have never heard from them since which is normal for the hollywood gods. i guess i'm on sunday sept 14 2014 in the USA only and that is all i know from my Kingdom Followers.

we did 3 more trips over the winter road after it closed on march 28 2014 but we had no filmcrew because it was too dangerous.

trip #1 Lucky Tour April 01-03 2014
trip #2 1100kms in 3 days April 18-20 2014
trip #3 Loader to Lac Brochet May 04-09 2014

here are some pictures to test you guys with.

clintm -- when the hollywood gods film me, i act normal and they just tag along with the camera. the other cast members have a story line they try to follow. it will be interesting to see how they show me and the Screaming Ford because nothing was planned, it just happened.

keep me posted because i won't get to see the show in canada for another couple of months.

Looking good King . The old Ford sure sounds great ! Keep up the good work .

I caught an old movie the other evening that reminded me of the King of Obsolete and his screaming Ford .

Came out in 1975 , starring Jan-Michael Vincent and his 1974 cab over Ford 9000 ( The Blue Mule) . Lots of action & vintage rig's .

Absolutely KoO ! Well said .

Funny part is we grew up watching those movies ....... Then later got the chance to go live it .

You know .... Sometimes late at night I get to feeling a little guilty about sending the customer a bill as I enjoyed the job .

Kind of like being a paid tourist .:)

it was not the first time or will it be the last time on Ricochet Hill for some reason. that little hill has always given me problems over the years. some time i just bounce off the snow bank and keep on going some times i end up in the snow bank. then i just back out and keep going, lol.

glad you enjoyed the show.

Judging by the IRT previews I was exited to see the king back this season, and have been disappointed that only one show had the screamin demon ford. I did check out the kings website last week and spent 2 nights perusing the pics and stories of off road truckin and scrapping in the north. Surprised the king of obsolete was a duramax man, I had you figured for a 12v cummins. Keep up the good work.

dieseldog5.9 -- thansk for the kind words. i enjoy filming with the hollywood crew and people around the world enjoy me on TV. i was hopeing for my own show filmed year round so people can see the great white north in the 5 hot days of summer, lol.

glad you enjoyed my website, once the weather turn nasty then i can spend more time updating the website.

i have been a chevy man all my life and the pink crew cab has cost me a lot of money to maintain it on the so-called roads up here. if it was not for the internet i would not know how to fix this new style equipment.

also the Screaming Ford spends a lot of time on the winter road as a service truck. when a semi breaks down i get the call to fix the truck and bring the semi out of the bush. i figured out a few years ago that it is easier and cheaper to remove the back axle on an IH truck then it is to low bed the broken truck out when both back springs break.
it is simple just remove the axle, winch it up on the back of the weight box then get the driver to drive the broken truck back to the Kingdom with triple chains on. saves a lot of money and we put the truck back together in the Kingdom in about 8hrs when all the parts arrive. getting the parts usually is an adventure when you live at the end of the world, lol.
