I was asked to locate information on a Shan dong 395,495 engine. I can't find much out on the web here is what was sent to me. The owner is looking for any info or even a manual or parts house that might be able to supply parts.

Thanks guys I'm not sure the issues with it... No way was I going to find the info on google! Not sure I want to foot the call to china!
