Guest - The 9U D6 weighs around 17,500 lbs bare .. add around 3800 lbs for the #6S (straight) blade .. about 600 lbs for the #46 hyd control group .. plus, probably another 2000 lbs for the canopy and framework on the blade.
Add in a little more for accumulated dirt, and you'd have a total of about 24,000 lbs.
If it has a rear-mounted Hyster winch, add another 2000 lbs.
The 9U series was released in 1947, and fitted with the "all-new" D318, 4.5" bore, 6 cyl engine .. and was rated at 75 belt HP and 65 DBHP, at 1400 RPM.
In 1954, a major engine upgrade saw the HP raised to 93 belt HP, and 75 DBHP .. which was largely achieved by increasing high idle RPM to 1600 RPM. Fuel delivery was also turned up and bigger injectors fitted to deliver the extra fuel.
Stuck engines from water down the exhaust are all part of the deal on old tractors. They can usuually be unstuck without a great amount of effort.
Seriously worn undercarriage is another whole ball game, and would probably be the main reason she's parked up.
Unless you can find a donor tractor to supply better undercarriage, there is little you can do with the tractor as far as making it a working tractor. The value of the tractor as it stands, is purely scrap value.
