john Deere 400 backhoe

I have an older backhoe around 75 with 4 cylinder diesel the connecting rods came thru the block I found another motor but it is turbo charged mine is not can someone help me I need to know if I can make this motor work or what one will work thanks

Are you asking if it will bolt up or what? You'll have to compare the bolt pattern in the plate and the flywheel, and maybe the location of the starter to see if it will "fit". You can "make it work" with the turbo just fine if you can get it to fit, not sure if I'd recommend it or not, don't know you that well.
