Hi, I want to plumb in a aux hyd for the loader on my 580K. where would be #1 the easiest or #2 the best place to tap into the hyd system and where to run the return etc...... my machine has the saddle tank style hyd reservoir and fuel tanks .
Thanks

Plumbing the machine like the machine would have been from the factory wont be easy or cheap. You will need to add a section to the loader stack and all the plumbing and control linkage. You could add an electric diverter valve to the loader bucket circuit pretty easy and then your bucket would work just as it does now and to run the grapple you would just push a switch and divert the bucket oil to the grapple. You would control both directions of the grapple wiht the bucket lever and the switch pushed and when you let off of the switch it would default back to controling the loader bucket. You can get the diverter valve kit at farm stores for around $400.00 and they come with most of the fittings to hook into the bucket system.
