How useful would a 953C trackloader be in removing a wood frame house?

Has anyone used these to tear a house into small enough pieces so it can be loaded into a dump truck with same machine? Has 4 way bucket. LB

If you have the room, I have put a hole in the front two lower corners of the house, go to the back and push the whole house over and keep driving on it till the pieces are small. If not much room take down one room at a time pushing it to the middle of the house, break it up as you go. The last little bit I push into a pile dig a hole, push debris in the hole to scoop it up.
