S150 power loss

We have an S150 that will loose power badly. have replaced drive belt fuel filter and checked the air filter also replace hydraulic filter replace the oil and filter. when it looses power no smoke at all it will almost go dead when using aux hdy. anyone have any suggestions. I have also tried blowing air back into tank from the bulb.

not sure if your has this sometimes there is a little screen before the fuel filter that some times gets clogged

If the pick up tube was plugged, you probably blew the pick up tube off. When it runs bad, does the primer collapse? This would indicate a restriction. I would try running on a fresh fuel out of can and see if it runs better. I'm wondering if you picked up some bad fuel.

No screen, and we checked the fuel still no power. We are looking at the governer to see if could be that.
