Sorry to hear about your event Gdaddy, but there's no way we can tell you what the problem is with this one, it's going to take a "hands on" view to figure this one out. Given the info provided, total power loss, buzzing could be the various relays in fuse box suffering from low voltage because of imminent power supply failure from a compromised power supply wire. Where the smoke came out in cab doesn't help much, behind the left side of seat is just where it found an outlet into the cab, but could have come from anywhere under the cab. But as it's said "where there's smoke there's fire". Typically, you will find the source of the smoke as something went into melt down mode.
Raise your cab and open the rear door. Start at the battery. You'll find a heavy gauge cable comes from + battery terminal (not the main cable that goes to starter) that goes to a master fuse above the battery. Check that fuse, then follow that cable as it goes to front of machine. Admittedly, this ain't easy to do as you can't get to a damn thing on a Bobcat, but it is what it is at this point. The main harness runs by the drive belt case, then just below the plug in from cab harness near the drive pumps. It disappears then, tucked between top of hydraulic reservoir and machine frame, finally spits out just behind left drive lever as it goes to fuse panel between your legs in seat. You need to inspect this harness for evidence of "lost its smoke" damage.
