My understanding is that it is basically undiluted coolant.

For Jay Leno this product might be worthwhile, due to his collection sitting in a shed plus he has the cash.
However until a major engine manufacturer uses and recommends this product for their engines I won't bother with it.
Manufacturers are always interested in extended service intervals, mainly I would think as a selling tool however some of these extended service ideas have not worked out that well in the real world, often with the owner having to pay for the manufacturers bright idea. Some of these bright ideas include sealed for life transmissions which are now no more. Extended oil changes with M1, seeing a fair few gunked up engines.
