Cat 14G Grader

Hello People

We have an 14G grader with pretty much no electrical system. No hazards, tail, back up alarm, headlights and gauges not working. Does any of you have the wiring and hydr diagrams? We have to resurrect the electrical system. Serial is 96UO5317. Here some pics

You can get electrical schematics from any Cat dealer, and you will need them, believe me.

working on one of these this week! all new battery cables, new starter, new master switch, blade tilt cylinders, new bottoms in the battery boxes, now i have the low air warning light stays on all of the time, someone has disconnected the warning buzzer so they don't have to listen to it go off, i don't believe this one has any electricity behind radiator either i removed some loose extra wires that were headed that way that were connected directly to one of the batteries, i don't know why people spend the time to bypass stuff and not just fix it right the first time! frustrating! i recommend new harnesses to start with they are really not all that expensive, on a side note these things make smaller machines look silly when building real roads, not so good in around buildings or small subdivisions................theironoracle

lee-online, thanks! i finally took the time to update my viewers for sis, i now can view the documents as shown above way better than what i have posted, before i always complained about these scanned older docs when they came up in SIS, thanks again LEE and everyone else that makes me better at my job on HEF..............theironoracle

P.S. LEE-ONLINE i have been without my cat ET since i had a laptop crash about 2 years ago, the problem is i my local cat store has never been able to find drivers from windows 7 to 2008c v1 to my data links or whatever you call them, i can't run my sis dvds on my laptop either i have to do that through partstore account......theironoracle
