Removing cab speaker in JCB214S

What is the process to remove the cab radio speaker in a JCB214S? Do you have to take the top of the cab out to get it loose?

I have a 99 and im guessing its the same. all you need to to remove is the front part of headliner that the speakers are in. theres a few screw heads around it and you also need to remove the interior mirror.
