reoccurring issue with our L150E, wondering if anyone else experiences this problem

Our Bracket, that holds the aftercooler for the turbo, continues to break. This has been an issue for a good 4+ years now. Our dealer's service dept won't stand behind any warranty for it and the bracket costs $160+ each time to replace. Continuously cracks, breaks bolts, sheared clamps for the turbo, etc, every 3-6 months. We've replaced several parts in the machine that our dealer's service guy has suggested - motor mounts, change of bolts, etc. The stupid thing keeps breaking.

We're at the point where this problem is irritating enough to not want to buy similar machines in the future. We are generally looking for anyone who owns the same machine, that if they've had the same issues, or this is a lemon of a machine. My father (the machine's operator), can't believe we are the only exception to this happening in this model's history.

What type of tires are you running? I have a customer with solids on and I had this problem as well. We were able to warranty it while the factory warranty was in effect and after that if it failed in the proper time frame we performed a parts warranty, labor was not included.
Is it breaking at the bolt holes or the bend?

not of the tires, will get back to you on that.

Breaking the bolts AND at the bend, it varies with each incident. We've bought 3-4 of these frame brackets so far, it's happened more than that but we've just been welding them back together to fix the machine.
