There is a system that reduses the idle after u park and put it in neutral.
This system takes some seconds after stop before it comes on.
Does this system work?
And then, does the idle adjustement at the right for the stearing function?(on the dash)
This adjustement contains a potmeter to adjust idling.
We have changed the primary fuelpump one time on our 120E, do you have the right feeding pressure?
Sounds like a fuelproblem, i would have looked closer at the feeding pump/filters/hoses/air.

Volvo has a parameter that is in the computer that after setting for more than an allotted time with the parking brake on it will shut down, does a warning come up on the display when it shut down, and if you shut the key off and try to start it again will it start

my company has an L150E as well. We don't see your issue when we use ours...we have a different problem that I can't seem to post my own "new" thread for, though...

Our Bracket, that holds the aftercooler for the turbo, continues to break. This has been an issue for a good 4+ years now. Our dealer's service dept won't stand behind any warranty for it and the bracket costs $160+ each time to replace. Continuously cracks, breaks bolts, sheared clamps for the turbo, etc, every 3-6 months. We've replaced several parts in the machine that our dealer's service guy has suggested - motor mounts, change of bolts, etc. The stupid thing keeps breaking.

We're at the point where this problem is irritating enough to not want to buy similar machines in the future. We are generally looking for anyone who owns the same machine, that if they've had the same issues, or this is a lemon of a machine. My father (the machine's operator), can't believe we are the only exception to this happening in this model's history.

Does it fire right back up agian or does it take alot of cranking again to get it going again. Could be the auto shut down parameter is set on. You will need to get a dealer with VCADS to hook up to it and turn this function off.

What type of tires are you running? I have a customer with solids on and I had this problem as well. We were able to warranty it while the factory warranty was in effect and after that if it failed in the proper time frame we performed a parts warranty, labor was not included.
Is it breaking at the bolt holes or the bend?
