Yeah i keep meaning to bust out the sandpaper and paint, why the hell i would want to keep advertising them is beyond me :-/

They bid against us on a job in utah, 125,000 sy. We were told they are a new outfit and only had a four foot machine whuch they were going to attempt the job with, which I would haved loved to see. But from what you make it sound like they have more than the 1200?

The website has a few pictures, I see the 1200 in a few, what could be a 2000 in another and most definetly either a 2100 or a 2200....can tell by the backside of it that it is larger than a 2000....

I've gone back and read a couple pages of this thread. I do declare, this is about the most cursing thread I think I've run across.

Dang guys...really? Is all that auto filtered and masked profanity really necessary? :beatsme

12ft diamond drum getting ready to be switched with a current micro drum.
Company just received 3 diamond drums,2 of the 12ft and 1 of the 6ft variety.
From previous experience with the drums they seem to be very practical on tooth savings and man hours versus standard cutters.
Dreading the switch out though, hopefully the mechanics end up doing it ***
...doubtful though.

Doing some roto grading in the Carolinas,I was waiting on the worst to happen, but in the end the contractor was happy and we have a new customer we had never worked with before.

Toegrinder you should have seen the rear sprockets and chains on that machine I wish I would of taken some pics, the worse I have ever seen.
I was put on this particular crew for 3 weeks,3 weeks to many at that.
The guy over that machine had 10+years milling experience but knew F all about maintenance and not a whole lot about milling.
That cut was an add-on/incedental that basically paid for new sprockets and chains.

My foreman when I was there was 21 years old. hahahaha and he was pretty good for his age believe it or not. The only ones saw over there that knew half a *&^* about milling was Lenny, and Matt. There was this one other fella that is a foreman at that operation your at now who was at The Miller Group way back in the late 90's, I ran his @ss off on accounta they would grease or washdown. I didn't think much of what I saw over there. I liked them in the shop but the crews....well...

As Jack C. would say when he was there, "I forgot more about milling then these people will ever know". hahahaha
