No one hurt, thank God, but lots of unhappy people....Did NOT need this happening yesterday. I'm still a little speechless over it, I just don't know what to say. They got it turned back over with a D8 and a Komatsu WA500, still awaiting a full damage report.

A loader hand looking for a job today did it. Apparently he had a full bucket, was elevated, on a slope, and ran over a boulder.

Oh no, it was someone who had worked for us for a while. The guy who had been operating it had to retire but this guy should have known what he was doing.

An accident can happen pretty easy,,especiallly if you are not experienced...Travelling with the bucket full and high in the air is a big mistake...Espcially on uneven ground...

Thats never a good day. The biggest loader I've ever seen turned over is a Cat 936E that we sold a couple years ago. I've always wanted to operate a 988B.

AHHH 988B the one me and my brother ran had so much slop in the rear I think it was six inches it would clunk and bounce across the pit.

And when you lifted the booms to dump the bucket in the feeder you would get sick if you watched them sway back and forth lol.

But drop that bucket and you could strip the pit faster then the 2 TS14s could.
