ok ive posted about this loader couple times and dealer sent out a head tech fixed some of the park brake locking up problems but it had issues that gosh i cant list them all but ill list what happened this week ... its cold as u know what here in va ... the operator has been cranking loader and letting it warm up 30 mins or so before moving .... well he complained that it would start forward and stop in neutral,, same in reverse.. ... error codes on dash display , error in speed control, error in revolutions, nothing made any sense.. until this morning it wouldnt move..we had a guy to train on this loader and tore the left battery box cover off so its been exposed to the mud and rain .he got fired the next day...... i notice the positive battery cable end was warm to touch so we replaced end it was corruded up trimmed wire back a inch...still would not move a noticed rpm dropping from 720 to 700. called dealer and was tolded call back later ... i pulled parts book looked up all sensors on trans ,,, the first i pulled was closest to engine over the flywheel it was ding up a lil on face but i ohmed it out and showed 1021 ohms . im thinking i wish i knew what it was on paper i didnt have a clue ... i went back to parts book and wow the front sensor below cab and front of trans had same parts number .... hehehehe i ohmed it out 1021...then hehehe went sour.they both ohmed the same damn ....again i had it in my mind batteries and charging system .... basic stuff cranks off batteries runs off alternator... i fished around wiring harness and wow i found a huge ass electric tape mess hidden behind hoses and pipes above alternator .. now this is a 2 wire alternator , the wire that was altered was back to starter im guessing bigger then a pencil .. i cut black tape away and oh wow what hack did this

Was the dealers tech responsible for this repair?
We don't even stock those types of connectors at our shop (VOLVO dealer), they are used for temp. genset connections and ground circuits in temp. power set ups.
Do you have service records for this vehicle? If so, is it possible to search the electrical issues and narrow down the time frame for this repair?
