Volvo has been making theese solutions for many years.
A steel mill in Norway has been operating ADT's for steel beam transport for many years.
They also got the hooklifts.
The A70 is also a example of how far they are willing to go for their customers.

Only problem over here is the weight on the front axle. You are limited to enclosed areas all the time. Never any roading on public roads. Only crossing on a work site.

Ive seen several in the oilpatch up here with 100 tonne winches and flat decks for moving oilfield equipment and recovery work and weird mixtures of cranes and drill units attached. Basically anything you need high mobility for. The big straight frame rails must make nice to build off off as well as already having a hydraulic wet kit. Nice pics pullpan, I like that last one.

That for shure is a tunnel drilling rigg.
You can se the drilling masts at the end.

It can be a bolting rigg, but they normaly got shorter masts, and most often got another arangements on the masts.
This one got the masts directed to the back.

Rather unusual to build them on ADT undercarriage.
They tend to be rather heavy...

Had a discussion with the NO Archer project manager yesterday.
We discussed education and how to do it.
The Archer is 14,5m long.(45 feet);)
Runs in apr 75km/h on road.
It will be aproved as a motorised workequipment by dot.
Not a ADT, so its a bit different on educational demands.:)

By the way Pullpan, you got a Moxy in between the Volvos.
The dutch 4 axled with a hook lift.
