Dust suppression "umbrella"

I've seen new way to kill the dust from demolition work, "umbrella". It works with high pressure water and makes tiny drops like a fog around of the working machine.

Do you think this would be good way to make environment dustless?

I think this system works with pure water, so it's usually used above 32F, that's true.

I saw suction hose from boom to high pressure water pump and they said that in this case it's using boom as a water tank.
