I Never Knew People could be so mean Frank, but I just think their main focus is on work, that might be why they where mean.

Wheres millers new yard at I never knew they moved.

Morrissey still has the ts-14's sitting there, you may want to bring a weed whacker because they are most likely grown in.

cat345bl ; where did you say the ts-14s are again and are they axcessable to photo. miller told ne they moved north of DOYLESTOWN on easton rd--rt611, i am defenetly stopping by the couple of days i am up the mountains. also i have not given up on oxford vally yet, waiting for the leaves to fall and bringing a a-frame ladder hope to get pix from ajoining property have a good ZOOM cam, still excited and hopefull. missed my trade with that, was trained in army as an operator, but like alot of us at that time when it came time to work outside they laughed at me, i remember one of durkins people at his shop laughing at me and saying service experience would never get me in the seat of any machine hear, and i had no connections back then. the past is the past, planning on the future. thanks again for youre help. ts-24 frank

Graders pile the long strips of salt that the harvester and haul trucks follow.
I didn't see any other equipment.
Because of all the salt, the equipment gets stripped to the frame and rebuild on a regular basis, one of the reasons the old darts have lasted so long.

The coal-hauler bottom dumps usually pulled over a huge grated surface to dump through and then round de round all day long! Hopper under the grate, feeding a conveyor belt.

Thanks alan627b, but not quite a Cat 789. Looking to build some Cat 789 belly dumpers/haulers. But would like to know how well the ones at Black Mesa Mine went. No one in Australia has built one for a 789 that I can find.

A lot of coal mines run belly dumpers for carting coal. Cat make tractor versions of the 777 and 785 with a king post attached to the rear truck frame. The 776s normally haul 150 ton while the 784s haul over 200 ton. Also, a lot of 776s are set up with 150,000 or approx 70,000 gal tanker trailers for watering roads. Also seen Euclids, Terex & Unit-Rigs set up the same. Have also seen photos of a Cat 789 set up with a belly dump trailer to haul 300 tons.
