So I got dragged into an issue with little to no help from local dealer. Client was sold a HudCo one way aux hammer kit for a hammer the client went and bought from somewhere else without realizing he didnt have the aux as a factory installed option before making the purchase. Now he has a nice GH12 hammer connected and got a kit from Deere however its from an outside vendor (hudco). Its been installed according to instructions. pilot pressures are good, relief pressures are good, but there is not enought flow because there isnt..or i should say im not seeing anything actually calling for flow once pressing the switch and opening the aux circuit. hammer will hit but very very slowly. I can watch the monitor and pump flow is not increasing. "breaker switch" remains off but i think that is because its a seperate control valve ran by its own power supply and not through the machines brain. I guess my question would be if anyone has a good hydraulic schematic for this deere/hitachi frankenstein that would show me which port from the pilot ontrol valve would be triggering the pumps to allow flow through the main aux lines.
