I have a 323e and would like to replace the rubber grips on the joysticks as they are tacky and peeling. Is this possible to do? looks like they are just bolted on.

If it's just sticky plastic, you could try cleaning them with alcohol. I use denatured alcohol to clean sticky buttons and plastic in older car trims.
