My local Bobcat service department says there is no bleed back or problems with the right hydraulic cylinder but, I have detracked it four (4) times in less than 40 hours. This is my first piece of equipment which I own so, I might be making a rookie mistake. Anyone else having trouble with one track on this new 22 machine?

Welcome to the forum! Can’t help you with your specific problem, just wondering, this is a new machine? What kind of conditions are you running the machine in and what are you doing when the track comes off? Are you tensioning the track to operating specs? There could be something out of line with either the front or rear lower idlers or is there possibly something jammed in between the front idler and frame that is not letting it run true?

Track coming off that often is not normal Is it always the same one

Just to make sure its not you what kind of operating are you doing when it does come off conditons that could lead to track off are working side hills, ditch slopes, running over stumps or rocks maybe mud packing, turning sharp with extremely heavy loads on rough terrain

Yes, always the same one which makes me wonder if I have an issue with the Torsion Drive on the right side. So many things can happen with a hydraulic cylinder, its hoses, and valves.

If you're not on your "A" game, you are going to keep running a track off. I'd bet there isn't anything wrong with the machine. The reason it's the same track is if you're like me, you are working at the same angles, so whatever you're doing when you twist out of the track, you're doing it the same way.

Pay attention the next time you run a track off. Try and remember the exact situation so when you get into it again, you can try something different and not end up with the same result.

Track problems and wear can be directly related to your dexterity. Are you left handed?
