Ok so I now own this little dozer, runs great, same issue as everyone else. tracks bushings shot. Doesn't seem to be a source for them. That I know of. Any Leads?
I was told that a JD 450 would fit? just a fable?
Has anyone retro-fitted a different track assemble on this machine? I was thinking I could change the sprockets, (machine and weld the fd7 hub to different mfg's sprocket) and use a more common rails.
What would be the most common or close to the fiatallis?
Is there a site with link specs?
Thanks,IMG_7652 - Copy.jpg IMG_7654 - Copy.jpg

Measure the pin centres, that gives you the chain pitch and takes the guess work of what you should be looking for. On the chain link there should be a number in the casting, that is also good information.

It seems like you are on the right track (no pun intended) with the sprocket mod and using rails from a different manufacturer would be a plausible remedy, the actual length of the rail you chose may be the only thing that would be hard to match to your track frame/rollers/idlers but I'm not sure that would even be a problem. Very tidy tractor, it would be nice to keep it original if possible.
There would be plenty of undercarriage available for it in Europe but, unfortunately, it appears that there is no one willing to import it into the US.
We are lucky to have two dealers here who import on a weekly basis.
There was a bloke on this forum who had one of them freight a set of rollers over to the US.
With our dollar only running around 65 US cents at the moment it might just pencil out at a bearable price.

I'll second on the business mentioned, I have dealt with both without any problems.
