Both those Codes are related to the exhaust aftertreatment system.

E1389-1 is the lowest level of operator warning that something wrong. it should be accompanied by the Aftertreatment Warning Light.
E1364-2 relates to the DEF Fluid concentration being out of whack. E1389 is a result of E1364.
