Peter Mortensen BCFP Renfrew Div. Here is a character I have fond memories of working with . A better Logging Truck driver would be hard to find . Kay Peterson , he was smart and witty , if he pointed something out to you in a gruff manner , pay attention as it was usually good advice . He wasn't known to take flak from anybody . He always make his time card out in pencil . One afternoon as Kay was dropping his time card off at the office , the Woods Foreman asked about a certain corner on a new piece of road Kay had hauled on that day . Kay asked him to wait a minute , picked up his time card , rubbed out the quiting time . Then told the Woods Foreman to continue .
