@Bumpsteer posted are real common in certain parts of Michigan since they can load themselves in a remote spot in the woods, and then haul to whatever mill is buying. I don't see them too often in my area though as we don't have much pulp wood. I see a lot of smaller log trucks hauling hardwood logs for lumber though.
