I have a 1986 730A. Reading in the owners manual the service bulletin says the 8400 transmission should use 10W or in warmer temps 30 so didn't think it would hurt to top off the trans. with about 8 liters of 30 TO-4 spec. oil. It holds 53 Liters total. I couldn't see oil in the sight glass when idling so added about 3 liters more trans. fluid. Now it is over full by maybe a couple liters at the most. Will this hurt anything or should I suck some out?
On another note, I can't believe how nice the Cummins 8.3 engine started after sitting since last fall. I turned the master switch on, hopped in the cab and it started instantly like it had just been running. I couldn't believe it. I backed it up a few feet to start on my next project. Taking the existing wheels off, with flat tires on 2 of them, so I can mount my adapters for the foam filled telehandler wheels. Hoping it goes smoothly. I think I need to pry on the old wheels a little to get them off. I took all the clips off but the 1st. wheel I tried is still stuck on. Maybe bumping it with the skid steer will loosen it?

A little overfull won’t hurt. As for the rim I’ve seen them so seized on we had to use a porta-power ram and push against the tandem housing. Spray liberally from both sides with your favourite penetrating oil.
