The middle light is blinking and other 2 are solid. What is its major malfunction?

You got a serial number for this machine? And are those the only 3 codes you’ve got?

1235-9 : J1939 Network #3 : Abnormal Update Rate
The Pump and Electronics Unit (PEU), the ammonia sensor, the soot sensor, or a NOx sensor has incorrectly stopped or started transmitting a data request.
The ECM will log the diagnostic code.

5246-16: Aftertreatment SCR Operator Inducement Severity : High - moderate severity (2) **this code is a direct result of the above 1235-9 code.

190-15: Level 1 The engine has exceeded the value that is programmed into the Electronic Control Module (ECM) for 0.6 seconds.

There are no diagnostic trouble codes for the speed/timing sensors.

The engine has been running for at least 3 seconds.
I would say you are going to have to get CAT ET hooked to the machine to determine which sensor on the J1939 is causing the problem.

thanks ahart
this machine has been nothing but trouble. started it up this morning and i put all the coolant on the ground pretty quick. turns out the dang def heater valve (all plastic mind you) hangs almost below the bottom of the frame. guess i hit it on something the day before and when it tried to warm the tank up it opened the valve letting all the coolant out.
