Dozer instrument cluster failed ,this is because of the internal battery (keeper LTC 3PN) leaking. we have made the mistake twice and need to replace the instrument cluster. Due to Extended storage time that battery tends to leak and the chemicals leak on to the board and minutes after starting it shorts..20220627_142438.jpg

Cnh international response , past it's warranty period.
That's not the point rather it's the internal battery failed causing instrument cluster to burn out. In Just 2 years . Secondly the construction of the instrument cluster is such that makes it non replaceable ..
Ha even a laptop cmos battery is replaceable. What a ripoff??

You can file a dispute claim with Case. Ask for the service rep's name and talk to him/her. Or get on CNH website and see if you can file a claim there. Usually if you raise enough stink someone will get in touch with you.
