Extendahoe and Stabilizer problem

Our 580 SM Series 3 has an issue!
The extendahoe will not retract nor will the stabilizers operate, When i engage the control to the hoe the main functions work fine other then being able to use the extend and stabilizers, The black box led glows red and no codes that I can see?
I have looked over the connections and don't see a problem?
Any suggestions would help!

The LED should blink about every 2 seconds if it's working. A steady LED Light means there is a software problem replace the unit. See attached file for trouble shooting.
