I bought a 853 that doesnt run. Engine turns over very slow. New battery and new starter with new cables.
Could it be the hydro?

Could be. Where you able to try and start unit before installing the above or where they needed to get you to this point ? Have you checked the amp draw at your starter to see what your pulling down to ? Im going to assume that since you replaced cables they where not cheapo cables with bad crimps, and so so terminals ?? Gauge is sufficient ? Battery has the CCA needed and not undersized ? Grounds are good, tight etc ??

Check to see if the auxiliary hydraulics are stuck in the on position, that could do it.
