Hey y'all,
New guy here and am running into issues with my 2019 bobcat e32. The machine only has 360 hours on it and is used every other month or so for fairly light work around my house. Anyways, I bought a mini brush cutter attachment for it that just showed up. Hooked it up and went tracking into my field to test it out. While tracking, I noticed the machine didn't seem like it was fully achieving the RPM's it should be when at full throttle, but I thought maybe I was just hearing things.
Then I went to engage the brush cutter and in hydraulic mode 3 (or high) once the cutter spins up, the machine returns to low idle. Almost as if auto idle is on, but I have it turned off. In mode 2 it will stay idling a little higher. I also don't have a one way valve on this machine that I can find (it's not where the manual says) so I'm not sure if this is part of the issue however the not reaching peak rpm happened before I tried the brush cutter today.
I realized something is wrong so I went to track back to the house and the engine was bogging down like crazy. Almost like it was about to shut off, but it wouldn't die.
I did fuel her up this morning before trying anything, but I don't see bad fuel causing it to return to idle when I engage the brush cutter as that seems almost electronic.
Any help is greatly appreciated or someone who can point me to a good mobile mechanic in San Diego, CA
Thanks!
