Believe it or not but i could throw a 5/16 chain over top of a load of cars stacked 2 high. I dont know why i never thought about using a rope to pull it over.I totally agree with you . With 15-16 ft. bunks and 8 ft. stakes peaked up , it would take a good man to get a wrapper over the load , I used the loader to do the work . 14 ft. bunks and 6 ft. stakes peaked up I could do it . If you can get the chain over the peak , you could flip it and get it to fall down opposite side . A flat load like those Northern Alberta loads , It would be quite a feat .
