Repairing a Takeuchi TB025

Hi everyone,
looking to start repair on my 1997 Takeuchi TB025 this spring and want to have everything prepared. I have already done all of the oils and filters, all new seals in all cylinders excluding the push blade, a new water pump, new thermostat, and cleaned out and flushed the radiator. I am likely going to get the radiator re-cored when I find a local place that does it.

Hour meter is only at 2600 and the machine works fine other than what I think is excessive blow by on the engine and very sloppy pins and bushings on the bucket.

I am thinking of going ahead with a full rebuild kit for the engine from one of the sellers on ebay. It seems like there are many different kits or you can contact the seller to put together a more comprehensive list of what you need. Does anyone have experience ordering something like this? I'm thinking of contacting a seller just to make certain I get what I need but I am also skeptical as they are aftermarket from china.

On the pins and bushings I found 2 places, On Ebay I found one seller in the uk but shipping is $$$ and a place called "Anderson Equipment Company" but it looks like I would have to order each item by part number including bushings and seems kind of tedious but is likely the method I will go with. Any recommendations would be nice.

Also does anyone have the operators manual with a searchable PDF? I already have the service and part manuals, the service one isn't that great as it was only a scanned version so I can't just search out what I want.

Edit: one thing I forgot to ask was whether the newer models have the same bucket pin designs so I can order a new bucket from something like a tb125 without worrying if it matches.

thanks

A little update, I was able to find a physical copy of an operators manual surprisingly. I also went ahead and ordered and received a rebuild kit off of ebay and everything seems to be included and in good quality, the only thing it doesn't have is the camshaft bearings but I think it should be easy enough to find matching ones or have a machine shop make some to fit.

I still can't find the bucket pins that aren't overpriced. I am going to contact a Takeuchi dealer when I find the time and see if I can order through them.

Knightwolf- I have the same machine (Tak TB025). I was wondering if it would possible for some help!?? I got a great deal on my machine...but it was because the previous owner had put a crappy gas engine in the excavator! So, I have a good replacement yammer diesel that I have re-installed, and I'm ready to hook up all of the wiring.... but, I'm not sure which wire goes where??! I have the entire factory wire harness, but it would be extremely helpful to know: what color goes to the starter, what color goes to the alternator, what color to the water temp, to the oil pressure (I figured out the engine shutoff plug), and any other wires! I plan to spend hours with a meter and test light, but it sure would be easy if I had some help!! I can pay if needed! Thank you!

Let me know if this helps, I have the whole workshop manual in pdf as well if you need it, also have the parts catalog.
