Arrangements are lists of whats on that machine in part books.
You add zeros to your bank account as in 955 parts -300 buck, parts -800 bucks and so on.

Don't know about the 3304 cap, but looked mine up and it was 14lbs.
Most the rubber was missing from my rad cap when replacing the trans oil cooler. Local auto parts store had a 7.5 and a 16 lb, so replaced with 16. My current motor is the 3304

Yes, in a nut shell with Cat, it is best to add the zeros when referring to your equipment. Some equipment may have one zero (very early models Holt) and most have four or five zeros depending on how many in that series were made e.g. the Cat No12 Motor Grader Model 71D there was only 742 units produced so the numbering indices would read 71D00001 ~ 71D00742 the zeros are place holders for the nerds behind the counter that only read in bindery code.:eek::confused:

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
My 1963 D7E dozer serial no. is 47A3829. Am I correct in my assumption that this machine won't show up in the Cat parts online? Tried it and had no success.
Correct. It's too old to be in the online system. You will have to depend on paper manuals for everything. Have you heard of ACMOC.? It might pay you to join because there is a wealth of knowledge on their forum regarding older Cat equipment. https://www.acmoc.org
