    I'd bet that is your problem. Start tracing the wires back and looked for chewed one.

    Your area probably gets cold enough to deter it but when I had looked into silvo-culture the parasite and pest build up was a big problem as the shade didn't allow enough UV/heat to kill them off.     Some old timers put foaming shaving cream around suction lines and look for where it sucks in. Personally I just feel how hard the suction hoses are and if they're over 8 years old they're probably do for replacement.

    Ground controls have full power on/off for emergencies. Platform use pwm and has a lot of safety interlocks in between.

    Sounds like a valve isn’t shifting. Genie has good manuals on their website for checking pressures that’s where I would start.

    All the company sees is the cost to move the equipment, not the extra time or concerns from field repair. Allen doesn’t know anything to know better and LMM is used to shop work I’m guessing, going to take him even longer with his repairs. I don’t blame you for getting some distance from this.
