    Takeuchi TL140 Motor Mount Replacement

Years of oil sitting on my rubber engine mounts have made the rubber get really soft. I've got eight new ones to put in just wondering if anyone has had to do that in the past and how hard of a job it might be. Thank you. -Kevin

Did a check-over before starting my TL140. Broke wire right off coolant level sensor. I started machine and safety thing shut it down after 5 seconds. Soldiered temporarily but new sensor coming. Picture

    Takeuchi TL140 fuel problem

Just a follow up. I still had troubles starting the machine, so I took it to a injection pump shop. The cam shaft in pump had noticeable wear on the lobes and the plungers and barrels in pump were wore pretty bad. Had it rebuilt and put on and timed, now it fires right up on demand. Thanks for...

Takeuchi TL140 Electrical fault has killed all work functions

Here is the safety bar bypass plug on a 2007 TL140. My starter ended up junking out and diagnosing it the shop thought this should be plugged in. It's unplugged now and taped back with yellow tape.

Takeuchi TL140 Electrical fault has killed all work functions

Just got my troublesome TL140 back from an injection pump shop and now my safety bar in the up position will NOT kill the hydraulics. I haven't looked yet but tomorrow I will see if somehow they plugged the bypass wires together and bypassed the safety switch. Shop claimed they never messed with...

    Takeuchi tl 140 injection pump

Tool_king, is there a way that you could send the tl140 service manual to matt@starkseptic.com? He has a coolant leak on his 140 and would like a few diagrams of the engine to try and locate it. My email won't let me send that big of a file. Thank you!

    Takeuchi Skid Loader Key

Emded up checking locally at a locksmith. He said it resembles a Toyota key blank. Had one made up and it works perfectly. I hung the extra one back inside the rear right side arm tower on one of them wire loom metal tabs so I can grab it and open cap for refueling without having to remove...

    Takeuchi TL140 fuel problem

Yep, glow plugs are clean. 2 are new and other 2 are in working order. I'm just really surprised on how plugged the sump fitting was. Pretty much everything else is ruled out other than pulling the injection pump and rebuilding it. Possibly this winter's project.
