What wheel base for a end dump trailer?

I do need to meet the bridge law for 80k most of the westcoast trailers are 38'. I thought they might use longer wheel base tractors to make it more stable for dumping.

What wheel base for a end dump trailer?

Sorry I ment the tractor wheel base. I don't think my 210" lowboy truck will work not sure why. Every one I see has a longer wheel base for pulling end dump.

    Trailer Tires E ply G ply 17.5?

They should fit the hub hole is different size depending on the axle there ment for. You have a better selection in the 17.5 tires and they work better on trailers. Just my personal experience. The GT is a good tire I have a 16 wheel lowboy and a tri axle lowboy both running that tire.

    16 tire brake adjustment

Best way to check adjustment is measure the travel. Release the brakes mark it at the brake pot have someone hold the peddle down and depending on the brake pot size no more the a 1-1/2 or 2 inches. Most of the time no adjustment is need.

    Trailer Tires E ply G ply 17.5?

17.5 is the only way to fly. Bite the bullet spend the money they will pay for them selfs. I run 17.5 westlake tires on my lowboy and horse trailer and have been very happy.
