    A new closed thermostat should allow the engine to warm to the thermostat setting. You really need to shoot temps with an IR gun, the sensor could be bad itself.

    You would have to remove the lock valve at the base of the cylinder and push it in with a forklift or other piece of equipment. Make sure once its back inside the main boom that you chain it in place so it doesn't slide out on the haul truck drive.
