    Jason, I don't have a diagram handy to look at but you need to trace the full length of the circuit. Pos or neg will travel via seat switch, safety bar etc then operate a relay/ solenoid to allow the hydraulics to move. The problem may even be the relay/ solenoid and all the wiring checks out...

    Ask rc30 Wiring diagram should be available by asking the right person at your local dealer. Not sure if available on line. You can get full circuit wiring detail along with hydraulic detail.

    Maybe you have an open circuit on the output side of safety relay/fuse.
