    I have since brought another Takeuchi TL12V2 , bout 12 months ago , got 800 hours on it now , all using a 1000mm asphalt profiler head , slop is about the same , no issues with the machine

    once again the v2 has stopped ... it was in auto burn , had just started to do the burn when i jumped out of the machine to swap attachments and then the machine stopped we had an air blower on it to try to cool the dpf down for 35 mins with no success so we ended up having to put alot odf water...

    no-one has worked out how to do it successfully on the tak's yet see if the swap out of the dpf filter and the new ad-blue injector make any difference

    the dealer swapped out the dpf last week the old one was 4.2kgs heavier then the new even though it had only just done a burn what we did notice was a white stain down the exhaust from the ad-blue , maybe over-spraying or something we have now swapped out the ad-blue injector to see if that...

    possibly looking at adding a small paver to my business .. looking for opinions on brands was looking at a ' leeboy 1000f ' possibly ? will the shorter undercarriage be an issue or anything i should be looking out for ? Cheers

    i have been running a high-flow attachment ... asphalt profiler , but my engine / hydraulic temps are not getting that hot we are looking at getting some new sensors for the dpf this week and see if that changes anything

    machine stopped again on me ... this time in the middle of the road seems it goes into the auto burn cycle and then the dpf senses that it is to hot staraight away and shuts the machine down not good but we drowned the dpf with water and had it going again in about 5 min i have never...

    thats the problem ... they are saying that no-one else is having a problem and they are not sure what is causing it
