    New holland L225

On New Holland stuff like that your problem is most likely in the main machine harness. About a year ago they started offering new updated harnesses. The old ones have garbage plastic corrugated loom sleeve. The updated ones use cloth harness tape. But I have gotten brand new UCM's that are...

    Bobcat S175 seat bar sensor

Sounds like your whole harness is probably in rough shape with that many bad spots.

Bobcat 753 tilt on its own

If the bucket is dumping even with the foot controls disconnected at the control valve, then you got a problem with that spool.

How much fluid did you add and what kind was it? Also do you hear any strange noises when it stops lifting up?

    Bobcat S175 seat bar sensor

You can't straight wire that safety switch. The ECM is looking for a open circuit and then a closed when the magnetic switch closes when it's down. You can put in like a toggle switch if you really wanted to. The voltages your getting don't sound correct though. Generally safety switches and...

Bobcat 753 tilt on its own

Well first thing to fix is your hydraulic lock out solenoid is not working. It's on top of the valve under the floor pan. Next you need to check out the linkage for the bucket dump. When I worked at a Bobcat dealer the lock out solenoids would go bad all the time.

Mclaren Maximizer rubber track poor quality

First off as someone mentioned already Bridgestone makes the OEM tracks for CAT, Kubota and Bobcat. Those guides on your old track look like trash. A good aftermarket brand is CAMSO it is also the recommended OEM alternative for Kubota, CNH and Bobcat. If you really don't have a lot of money...

    Dealer tech here to help

Well it really depends on budget. If money is no problem then I would buy a CAT but the absolute best value is Kubota. Most CAT CCE and Kubota equipment share the same Kubota engines. The biggest two differences are CAT uses Rexroth pumps and electro or hydraulic controls. Kubota uses KYB...

299D DTC Codes / Engine Problems

Those three wires look terrible. I would cut out that section of bad wire and redo it. I also remember when the D series first came out there was a problem with the engine harness. The DPF differential pressure switch wires were braking inside the insulation from vibration. You could not...

Buying a new 35 class mini

Try looking at a Kubota. The CAT machines all run Kubota engines in them. So if you had CAT and Kubota machines you would be buying a lot of the same filters and all the engine parts and maintenance would be the same. The biggest difference between the CAT and Kubota machines are price and...

299D DTC Codes / Engine Problems

The engine in your 299D is a Kubota V3800-TIEF4-L it has a Denso based engine management ECU. All of the DTC's you have listed are not Denso or Kubota DTC's those that are being displayed by the machine ECM are CAT so ET should absolutely be able to erase them. The only reason they might not...

    Grousers on over tire tracks?

I got to ask my buddies that still work at CAT. It was one of the machines we did for CAT defense to send to the sea bees.

    Grousers on over tire tracks?

When I worked at a CAT dealer and then Bobcat the only problem I ever really saw was the tire wear. Most people put them on and never take them off so when you do try it's a nightmare.
