Maybe it sucks air into fuel system? I think that’s what mine is currently doing.

    Ripper tooth spacing

Your correct. I was picturing a low spot that gets ripped and rode on all the time. It would turn to soup but if it sets after ripping for the winter it should work.

    Ripper tooth spacing

I’d think that spacing you have there is best for hard packed clay. To close and it will either stop you or push like a dozer blade. Are these spots in the track or the infield areas? I’d think if you ripped in the track that it would turn to soup when it rains.

    Case 9040B cab

Haha ya probably should but never will. He should be dead anyway, survived three heart attacks and really bad squamous cell cancer that was close to the brain stem. I guess he figured it’s time when it’s time.

    Case 9040B cab

I’ve got a very smashed cab on my 9040B. I’m looking for a replacement or a parts machine with a good cab. Do any other models like a 9010B or a 9060B have the same cab? I’ve been told Kobelco and Hitachi are basically the same machine from that time period. If that’s true I’d get one off one of...

    Galion 503L Grader

Very creative, functional, fast, easy, and cheap. Rarely do you put all those together. I like it!

Hey, that might be a possibility

Cat 12G horsepower upgrade or other options

We got off topic on this one also! I bet if you had a good pyrometer and exhaust and boost gauges, you could safely turbo and turn up the fuel on these. We run a couple pulling tractors and you would be surprised how much heat a diesel can take before melting things.

Cat 12G horsepower upgrade or other options

I’ve been told that the deer hunting is good around there also.

Cat 12G horsepower upgrade or other options

I’ve looked at the red dot online. Either rig up a bracket for an engine/belt driven or go with hydraulic driven somehow.
