    tryed out dozer sunday ran good checked trans pressure in all gears itacted the same every gear,the final drive sumps look good as did the rest of the bottom did.blades is pretty sloppy, chains + sprocket are like new, one brake worked one didn't, the only thing I really dislike is the two...

    Randy88, it does have a 6 way blade it has a 6 cylinder engine I think a cummins no turbo but some d's did I think. still not sure about case bulldozer not many excavating companys have them ,all I see is johndeere or cat ,komatsu I know were there is a komatsu d31e with just under 900 hrs on...

    Thanks alrman. Do you own a case or just work on them? I have a small excavating business and I want to get a bulldozer, if you were in my shoes would you get this case or find a newer or different brand,It won't be used daily if i put 200-300 hours a year on it I will be surprised.

    looking at getting a bulldozer , found a 1987 case 850D 6000 hrs 500 hrs on new chains and sprockets asking $12000 for it. anyone have any information on this dozer , what's the good and bad about this bulldozer? is this hi hours for the motor or driveline? Thanks for any info.

    644c how good is it

    Tried it out today, ran good brakes were good two bad things were hydro. leak somewere on trans and center pins were really bad must be warn into frame. thanks for your input , someone told me c models had bad tranmissions, true or false, I always heard the E models were bad not the c model.

    Trojan loader any good

    I looked at the one at southern maine equipment (maybe berwick) it has forks and bucket with 4900 hours on it thats the one for $18500. I sat in it and the visibilty is great, someone said the heaters aren't very good because of air cooled engine?
