Yea there are two relays there one is for the glow plugs and one is for the starter. I believe the one to the left is the starter relay

    LS185b new holland skid steer

Could be your seat belt or your door switch or seat switch. They all play a role in the safety interlock system. There is a service run switch in the fuse panel. Flipping that to the other position would show if it's in that interlock system

    New Holland won't start

Those relays inside the firewall on those lb backhoes are always corroding and causing me problems the best thing to do it clean them and put some dielectric grease on it or it will happen again

New Holland LS 190 starter cranking with key off

There is also a starter relay on the rear left hand side of the fire wall that some times sticks causing the stater to stay engaged when the key is off. Only disconnecting the battery cable makes it stop cranking. I have replaced a bunch of those relays for the same problem you are seeing.

New Holland C238...only 120hrs won't start. DPF lockout???

What does the machine do when you power on the power button. There is a lock that could have been pushed when you exited the unit which could have locked the dash not allowing it to start.
