Hitachi zaxis ZX250 fault code 10023-12
Yes, the variable vane was stuck on turbo. My mechanics had freed it up years ago, but this time it we replaced turbo. Also had to get dealer out to calibrate the actuator on turbo afterwards. There was a certain software my mechanic didn’t have.- mleto1

I have a 2015 Hitachi Zaxis ZX250 that is throwing a 10023-12 code. The system won’t let me clear it. Can anyone tell me what the code is? The machine is down on power. Case 650K Series 2 "Charge Pressure Low" light
Ok I swapped the lift and tilt hoses at the spool valve. So now I have to move the joystick to the right to lift the blade. As soon as I let off the blade starts to fall again. Just like it did before swapping the hoses. What do I need to test next? Thanks a ton for all the help!! -

I do not have a ripper, and it appears the other 2 circuits have different sized connections than the lift cylinders. Any other way to test? I can take some pictures if you'd like. Thanks, Jay -

Gary, I did the test and only had a handful of drips come out of the left cylinder. I believe that was due to that cylinder being propped up a bit. Once I lowered the opposite end of cylinder there were no more drips. There was definitely not a steady flow to speak of. I even tried revving... -

Gary, I was able to get buy new pins for the deutsch connector, and put everything back together. Everything on the dash worked perfect, and the transmission fault light was off. I cleared the old codes, and ran the machine for about an hour. Everything was perfect, and I no faults ever... -

Gary, Is it ok if I extend the black and yellow wires via heat shrink but connectors to make up some Length before the deutsch plug? This would put a few inches of wire out of the foil shield. I ordered the connectors today, and will be trying to fix it tomorrow. Thanks! -
