    I am currently restoring a 1920 house on 6 acres w/a big garage and a 132 by 30 foot barn. The whole mess had been abandoned since 2000. Wisteria jungle.
    The front of the house was on the ground and rotted from the sill plates down. I am raising the buildings by lowering the earth around it. Lots of dirt to move around and then comes the sawmill...
