    How do I attain Federal OSHA Forklift certification?

    Their is a course called train the trainer. You can google "forklift train the trainer course" and it will give you several companies that claim to meet osha standards for fork lift operator training that will train a duly elected person of your choice to be able to train the actual operator.

    you probably need to leave it like it is and do a little cosmetic repair from time to time. as was mentioned previously, If you get it too smooth it's going to turn into a zoom flume for your vehicles in the winter.:)

    what about an articulating pre-cast concrete boat landing I've seen them somewhere. You could leave a cable loop in the ends of each section for anchoring. They looked to be 1 or 2' by the width of the boat landing with each section tied to the other with cables.

    Don't understand? You said they tried a lot of things to stop the flow of water so they could build a new levee. If they stopped the flow of water wouldn't the old levee be fixed?
