1980 John Deere 410 Backhoe, Changing the V-Belt?

I need to change the V-belt on my 1980 JD 410 backhoe. Can anyone tell me an easy way to disconnect the hydraulic pump drive coupling from the crankshaft pulley? My alternator is pulled all the way to the max and the V-belt is still too loose. Any help is really appreciated!
